Need  a PA quickly or a job urgently?

Do you urgently need work now or would you offer your services to cover in the event of emergencies. Or are you in desparate need of a PA to cover an emergency or start work quickly? Now PAs can feature themselves on the “Need Work NOW?” page! 

Bypass the normal search and let PA users know you are available now by having your profile on the dedicated page for PAs who are looking for immediate employment.

Recommend a
member function now implemented!

You can now recommend good members you have worked with/employed in the past by clicking the recommend button on their profile and inputting the dates you’ve worked with/employed them!

Recommending systems are a very difficult thing to get right as work relationships can be very subjective and sometimes a conflict in personalities can mean the difference between people getting on with their employer/employee or not, in most cases the same people may work better with someone else. We know that everyone is different but sometimes it can give peace of mind if you know someone has successfully worked/employed an individual previously.

If you’ve recommended someone before please could you do it again as we had to erase previous recommendations in order to implement the fuction. Our apologies for this long overdue feature, thanks to everyone for being so patient.

To recommend someone:

• View their profile
• Click on the recommend button
• Enter the dates you employed or worked with them
• A star will then be awarded which will be visible on their profile
• You can remove a recommendation you’ve given at any time by selecting "My Recommendations" from the "My Settings" menu on your PA Pool homepage and editing the list as required
